Refund Policy

1. Refund Conditions
Nexifyhosting maintains the following refund policy. By using our services, you agree to these conditions.
2. Refund Period
A refund request must be submitted within 24 hours of the original payment. Requests submitted after this period will not be processed.
3. Exclusions
Refunds are not possible in the following cases:
- - When Nexifyhosting has had to order or configure a custom server for the customer.
- - When the service has already been delivered and the server has been activated and used.
- - In case of suspension due to violation of the Terms of Service (including doxing, DDoS, illegal use).
- - For demo servers (these are free and are not eligible for refund).
- - When the request falls outside the 24-hour refund period.
4. Procedure
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- 1. Send an email to support@nexifyhosting.com with the subject "Refund Request".
- 2. Include in the email:
- - Your account details (email address)
- - The relevant order and server
- - The reason for your refund request
- - Proof of payment (transaction ID, screenshot)
- - Date of the original payment
- 3. Nexifyhosting will review your request within 7 business days.
- 4. If approved, the amount will be refunded via the same payment method as the original payment.
5. Assessment
Nexifyhosting reserves the right to individually assess each refund request. The assessment is final and cannot be appealed, unless the customer believes there was an error on our part. In that case, the customer may submit an additional request with extra evidence.
6. Processing Time
After approval of the refund request, it may take up to 14 business days for the amount to be credited to your account, depending on your bank or payment service.
7. Legal Rights
This refund policy does not affect your legal rights as a consumer under Dutch law and European regulations. If you believe your legal rights have been violated, you can contact the Netherlands Authority for Consumers & Markets (ACM).
